BUNKER DETECTIVE SURVEY (221B)
Utilizing our technical expertise, we have successfully identified concealed bunkers through methods such as magic pipes, tank structure modifications, and gauge adjustments. Collaborating closely with our valued clients, our onboard presence has proven invaluable in addressing issues related to bunker misconduct. We deliver comprehensive investigation reports and offer expert guidance to our clients.

BUNKER DISPUTE
Our surveyors are available around the clock and can be quickly assigned to handle bunker disputes, whether or not another surveyor has already been appointed. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection on both the vessel and the bunker tanker to detect any irregularities on board. Our clients will receive immediate notification of the impartial findings from the on-site investigation, along with a comprehensive report.
BUNKER QUANTITY SURVEY (BQS)
All of our independent surveyors strictly adhere to our SOP and local regulation. Our surveyors will meticulously inspect the tanks of both the vessel and the bunker tanker before and after delivery to confirm the accurate quantity received or supplied. Additionally, representative samples will be extracted from the designated sampling point and either stored or analyzed by the designated laboratory.
ON/OFF HIRE ROB SURVEY
It is crucial to determine the precise quantity of Remaining On Board (R.O.B.) at both the commencement and conclusion of the charter. Upon the client's request, a 221B survey will be conducted aboard the vessel to confirm the R.O.B. Subsequently, a certificate will be provided to the vessel, and our client will receive a comprehensive report.
CONDITION SURVEY
The objective of this survey is to examine and assess any potential damage that may occur either prior to or following the start of the charter. In conjunction with the pre- and post-charter Remaining On Board (ROB) surveys, our surveyor will conduct a visual inspection of various aspects, including accommodations, hull, hatch covers, safety equipment, and cargo holds.
DE-BUNKERING
In cases of off-spec bunkers, we offer de -bunkering services to assist our clients to unload the potential bad bunkers from the vessel.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION
Our inspectors come from Chief Engineer, Captain and Technical Superintendent backgrounds, enabling them to perform highly efficient yet thorough evaluations of vessel conditions. Through their impartial assessments and judgment, they assist in pinpointing potential risks that businesses may face when acquiring second-hand vessels.

CARGO EXPEDITOR AND SUPERVISION
The transfer of liquid cargo must be a well-planned, secure, and cost-effective procedure. Through our expediting and loss control services, we contribute to the seamless execution of your projects, safeguarding your interests and capital investment by reducing the likelihood of potential losses and providing sufficient protection and assurance.
DETAILED CONDITION SURVEY
Frequently, company superintendents are occupied with their duties and lack the time to personally visit ships that require maintenance assessments. Our inspectors serve as the superintendent's eyes, conducting comprehensive condition surveys to identify any damages and areas that demand immediate attention. Drawing upon their extensive shipboard experience and backgrounds as captains and chief engineers, our inspectors can support our clients by offering advice and recommending necessary maintenance work.
